Shipping Policy
At Baraluxe, we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping for our customers across the European Union. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Vordingborg, Denmark.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all member states within the European Union (EU). Please note that we do not ship to territories outside the EU customs union or overseas territories unless otherwise stated at checkout.
2. Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched from Vordingborg.
3. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are based on the destination and the weight/size of the package. The exact price will be shown before you complete your purchase.
  • Estimated Delivery: Usually within 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.
4. Delivery Responsibility
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, Baraluxe is responsible for your package until it reaches the delivery address provided. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at baralux@baralux.com.
5. Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Since Baraluxe ships from Denmark (an EU member state) to other EU countries:
  • No Customs Duties: There are no customs duties on goods moved within the EU.
  • VAT: Prices shown on our website include VAT according to the applicable EU regulations.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Under EU rules, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification.
  • The return period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you) received the goods.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
